Are you an experienced offshore medic looking for exciting new opportunities in the oil and wind energy sectors? MHG is expanding its team and seeking dedicated professionals like you to join us in providing medical support in remote offshore environments.

Key Requirements:

  • Offshore Medic Certification: You should hold a valid offshore medic certification.Certificates from recognized institutions such as the following are required:
  • BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
  • HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
  • Offshore Medic Training Certification
  • GWO - Full
  • ALS, ITLS
  • Medical Experience: Proven experience as an offshore medic, preferably in the oil and gas or wind farm industry.
  • Emergency Response Skills: Proficiency in emergency medical response, including advanced life support.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with remote teams and ensuring the safety and health of offshore personnel.
  • Adaptability: Offshore environments can be challenging and dynamic; you must be adaptable and quick-thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care and first aid to offshore personnel.
  • Assess and manage medical emergencies and injuries.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
  • Participate in safety drills and training programs.
