Arbejdsopgaverne omfatter bl.a.:

  • Telefonisk kundebetjening
  • Ordrebehandling og opfølgning
  • Fakturering og kreditering
  • Kontering og kontrol af indkomne fakturaer
  • Disponering af biler
  • Daglig kontakt til chauffører
  • Div. administrative opgaver

Dine kvalifikationer

Du har gennemført en grunduddannelse f.eks. STX, HF, HTX, EUX eller HHX, og du anvender IT som en naturlig del af din hverdag og er rutineret bruger af Office-pakken. Du behersker dansk i skrift og tale.

Personen

Vi lægger vægt på, at du trives i en travl og uforudsigelig hverdag, og at du kan bevare overblikket, når der er travlt. Du er ansvarsbevidst, struktureret og god til at samarbejde, men tager også gerne selvstændigt ansvar for egne opgaver.
