Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades da Vaga: Conduzir reuniões comerciais de forma consultiva, realizando diagnóstico do cenário, necessidades e oportunidades do condomínio. Conduzir negociações, contornar objeções e avançar oportunidades até o fechamento.

Gerenciar o pipeline de forma autônoma, garantindo atualização do CRM, cumprimento das etapas e próximas ações definidas.

Estruturar e executar estratégias de follow-up e cadência para aumentar a conversão das oportunidades.

Priorizar oportunidades de acordo com potencial, estágio e probabilidade de fechamento.

Atuar em parceria com Pré-vendas, CS e demais áreas envolvidas na jornada comercial.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando ou completo em gestão comercial, administração, processos gerenciais e áreas correlatas; Domínio do processo de vendas consultivas B2B;

Gestão e leitura de pipeline e forecast;

Diferencial: Vivência com as ferramentas;Residir em São Paulo (Zona Sul será diferencial)Informações adicionais📍 Trabalhamos de forma 100% presencial, escritório localizado na região do Jabaquara (Zona Sul de SP)
