Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer (Full Stack) to develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications and internal business systems.

This is a hands-on software engineering position focused on building reliable, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and SQL Server.

The successful candidate will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including backend and frontend development, API integration, database development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.

You will collaborate with internal business users, operations teams, and distributed engineering teams to develop software solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Software Development

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level SCM applications and related business systems.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and MyBatis-Plus or similar persistence frameworks.
  • Build responsive, maintainable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs connecting internal and external systems.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable application features and technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and continuous application improvement.

Database Development & System Integration

  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database logic.
  • Support database integration, data validation, and application-level data processing.
  • Implement reliable and efficient data access using MyBatis-Plus or comparable ORM frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot application and database performance issues and implement appropriate improvements.
  • Support integrations with enterprise business systems and operational platforms.

Testing, Deployment & Production Support

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and technical design through deployment and maintenance.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests to maintain application quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents, investigate root causes, and implement bug fixes.
  • Support application deployment, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain technical documentation covering application architecture, APIs, database logic, and system configurations.
  • Provide application-level technical support and collaborate with users to resolve system-related issues.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with business users, operations teams, and distributed engineering teams to deliver effective software solutions.
  • Communicate technical requirements, development progress, issues, and solutions clearly.
  • Participate in technical discussions, system improvements, and ongoing application enhancements.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure applications support business requirements and operational objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, including hands-on development of production enterprise applications.
  • Strong professional experience with Java and Spring Boot, including backend service development and RESTful API integration.
  • Hands-on experience developing frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including writing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience with MyBatis-Plus or similar ORM/persistence frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and application development best practices.
  • Experience with Git, software testing, debugging, CI/CD, application deployment, and production support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Redis or other caching and in-memory data technologies.
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RocketMQ, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing or maintaining Supply Chain Management (SCM), ERP, WMS, logistics, or manufacturing applications.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
  • Familiarity with C# or ASP.NET Core.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.

Work Environment

  • Full-time, onsite position based in Phoenix, Arizona.
  • Office-based software engineering role supporting enterprise applications and internal business systems.
  • Collaboration with local stakeholders and distributed engineering teams.
  • Participation in application deployments, troubleshooting, and production support activities as business needs require.

Benefits

  • Employer-Paid Employee Insurance: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance for eligible employees. Dependent coverage is employee-paid. Coverage generally begins on the first day of the month following the employee's start date.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 96 hours annually during the first year, prorated based on start date.
  • Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours annually, prorated based on start date, in accordance with applicable Arizona law.
  • Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employee contributions available; employer matching is not currently offered.
  • Performance Incentive Eligibility: Subject to company financial performance, individual performance, and applicable company policies.
