Wir unterstützen KMUs der Schweiz bei der digitalen Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingprozessen. Dabei setzen wir auf die Zoho Business Suite welche sehr viele Möglichkeiten ermöglicht. Für unseren Support suchen wir nach einer Studentin oder Student oder einer virtuellen Assistenz, welche bereits Erfahrungen mit Zoho One mitbringen, oder bereit sind sich einzuarbeiten und unseren Kunden beim 1. Level Support zu unterstützen. Wir gewinnen immer mehr Kunden und die wollen dann natürlich auch einen guten und schnellen Support geniessen. Damit wir diese Anfragen rasch und professionell beantworten und lösen können, brauchen wir Unterstützung. Requirements Wenn Du die Informatik liebst und gerne die Enduser unterstützen willst die verschiedenen Applikationen von Zoho gekonnt und korrekt anzuwenden, suchen wir Dich. Wir sind komplett digital und cloudbasiert aufgestellt und Du kannst Deine Arbeit vom eigenen PC/Laptop aus durchführen. Der 1. Level Kundensupport hat natürlich während den üblichen Bürozeiten zu erfolgen, da unsere Kunden nur dann erreichbar sind. Vielen Arbeiten und Antworten können aber auch ausserhalb der Bürozeiten gemacht werden, und erfordern nicht immer eine Erreichbarkeit voraus. Wir erwarten... Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Auftreten Hilfsbereitschaft Analytische Fähigkeiten und Wille Probleme zu erfassen und Lösungen zu finden Informatik-Kenntnisse für 1. Level Support mit Zoho One Applikationen (CRM, WorkDrive, Bookings, Forms, Campaigns, Connect, Cliq hauptsächlich) Gute Deutschkenntnisse Wir kommunizieren mit unseren Kunden über Zoho Cliq und Zoho Meeting, und für Dich fallen dabei keine Kosten an. Wenn Du Freude an Zoho One hast, und es noch besser lernen willst, sind wir auch bereit dich auszubilden.
