Head of Email Marketing & Automation – Marketingfabrikken, Odense

Har du bygget email-setups i årevis og fået smag for at gøre andre gode til det samme? Kan du både lægge strategien for en kunde og forklare en ny kollega, hvorfor trin tre i flowet skal vente to dage? Så er det dig, vi mangler i spidsen.

  • Ejerskab for hele fagområdet. Du bestemmer, hvordan vi arbejder, hvad vi lover kunderne, og hvad der skal bygges næste gang.
  • Et team, du løfter. Du står for at onboarde nye kolleger, udvikle de erfarne og holde kvaliteten og processerne skarpe.
  • En plads ved bordet. Du er med, når ledelsen lægger retningen, og når nye kunder skal vindes.
  • Frihed til at bygge selv. Vi bruger AI og agentic coding til at lave de værktøjer, platformene ikke kan levere. Du får ansvaret for, at produkt og techstack følger med.
  • Din egen kundeportefølje. Man kan ikke lede et håndværk, man ikke selv udøver.

Du har

  • Mindst 5 års erfaring med email marketing
  • Erfaring med at oplære og udvikle kolleger, og du kan vise, hvad det har ført til
  • Dyb erfaring med Klaviyo og/eller ActiveCampaign, og du kan lægge strategien fra bunden
  • Dokumenterede resultater, som du kan forklare
  • KPI'er, deliverability, attribution og segmentering som daglige arbejdsredskaber
  • AI-værktøjer som en fast del af din hverdag
  • Mod til at sige nej, når en kunde beder om det forkerte
  • Professionelt dansk i skrift og tale

Stort plus: Du har lyst til og erfaring med at vokse kanalen kommercielt. Det gælder både gennem dit netværk, henvisninger og nye muligheder hos eksisterende kunder.

Det er også et plus, hvis du har haft ansvar for et team eller en ydelse før, har bureauerfaring, kender Shopify-stacken eller har bygget dine egne værktøjer og scripts.
