Ψάχνουμε έναν/μια Backend Developer που να ξέρει το web σε βάθος. Θέλουμε κάποιον που καταλαβαίνει πώς ρέει ένα HTTP αίτημα μέσα από το σύστημα, μπορεί να σχεδιάσει καθαρό domain model, και να στήσει αρχιτεκτονική που δεν καταρρέει όταν μεγαλώνει.

Το UI κομμάτι υπάρχει και το υποστηρίζουμε, αλλά αυτός ο ρόλος έχει ως επίκεντρο backend λογική, δομή δεδομένων, APIs και συστήματα που αντέχουν.

Τι θα κάνεις

  • Σχεδιασμό domain μοντέλων και βάσεων δεδομένων.
  • Υλοποίηση APIs με καθαρή δομή και ξεκάθαρο separation of concerns.
  • Εργασία πάνω σε business logic, pipelines, workflows και background processes.
  • Βελτιστοποίηση απόδοσης, scaling patterns και monitoring.
  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό αρχιτεκτονικής και νέων υπηρεσιών.
  • (Όταν χρειάζεται) συνεργασία με το frontend για να ορίζονται data contracts και component interfaces.

Τι ζητάμε

  • Πολυετή εμπειρία σε web development, με κύρια εστίαση στο backend.
  • Βαθιά κατανόηση HTTP: request lifecycle, headers, caching, authentication flows.
  • Ικανότητα να σχεδιάσεις data models και να γράψεις αποτελεσματικά SQL queries.
  • Άνεση με full-stack ροή: όχι απαραίτητα να φτιάξεις UI, αλλά να καταλαβαίνεις όλη την εφαρμογή από άκρη σε άκρη.
  • Εμπειρία στη συντήρηση και εξέλιξη production συστημάτων.

Nice to have (όχι deal breakers)

  • Εμπειρία σε Elixir και Phoenix.
  • Εμπειρία με σύγχρονα frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) ώστε να συνεργάζεσαι αποτελεσματικά.
  • TailwindCSS familiarity
  • Previous exposure σε distributed συστήματα, message queues ή event-driven αρχιτεκτονικές.
