Your goal

Als Director Exit Ready bij Marktlink (in Den Bosch) ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, positionering en commerciële performance van onze Exit Ready-trajecten. Je begeleidt ondernemers op strategisch niveau bij het verkoopklaar maken van hun onderneming en positioneert Marktlink Exit Ready als dé trusted advisor in de aanloop naar een succesvolle M&A-transactie. Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op en weet strategisch advies te vertalen naar concrete vervolgopdrachten binnen M&A en/of andere Marktlink-labels. Daarbij combineer je diepgaande analyses met het uitwerken van optimalisaties en zorg je voor actieve en structurele opvolging. Intern fungeer je als sparringpartner en klankbord voor managers en consultants. Je bewaakt de inhoudelijke kwaliteit, stuurt meerdere trajecten tegelijk aan en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering en doorontwikkeling van Exit Ready.

Your responsibilities

Als Director Exit Ready ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit, inhoud en positionering van alle Exit Ready-trajecten.
  • Strategische advisering van klanten en het vertalen van analyses naar concrete en uitvoerbare optimalisaties.
  • Actieve begeleiding en structurele opvolging van verbeterinitiatieven bij klanten.
  • Klankborden met en aansturen van managers en consultants binnen het Exit Ready-team.
  • Leidinggeven aan meerdere trajecten tegelijk en bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en planning.
  • Doorontwikkeling van Exit Ready-rapportages, methodologie en proposities.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor commerciële performance, klanttevredenheid en langetermijnrelaties.
  • Signaleren en realiseren van commerciële kansen en het converteren van trajecten naar M&A- en/of andere Marktlink-opdrachten.
  • Bestuurlijk sensitief opereren en effectief communiceren op alle niveaus.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met partners en andere Marktlink-labels.

Your profile

Jij bent een ervaren professional die strategisch denkt en tegelijk pragmatisch handelt. Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen consultancy, M&A, finance of strategie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van professionals.
  • Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere complexe trajecten parallel te managen.
  • Uitstekend analytisch vermogen en de vaardigheid om analyses te vertalen naar concrete optimalisaties.
  • Commercieel inzicht en ervaring met het ontwikkelen en uitbouwen van klantrelaties.
  • Bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden op alle niveaus.
  • Ondernemende mindset, natuurlijk leiderschap en eigenaarschap.
  • Academisch werk- en denkniveau (universitair of hbo + master), bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, finance of strategisch management.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
