Als Consultant bij Marktlink Exit Ready speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van ondernemers bij het verkoopklaar maken van hun bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van ervaren ondernemers en allround professionals, waarbij de doelstellingen van elke klant centraal staan in elke actie die wordt ondernomen. Marktlink Exit Ready is opgericht om ondernemers vroegtijdig in het verkoopproces te ondersteunen. We voeren diepgaande analyses uit via vragenlijsten, interviews en SWOT-analyses om bedrijfsmodellen, marktdynamiek en strategische opties te begrijpen. Onze aanpak omvat het beoordelen van sterktes, financiële situaties en teamsamenstellingen om een duidelijk pad naar een succesvolle verkoop te creëren. We hechten veel waarde aan een gezonde werk-privébalans en een informele werksfeer. Elke dag lunchen we samen en praten we over van alles, behalve werk.

Your responsibilities

Als een Exit Ready Consultant bij Marktlink Exit Ready, kun je de volgende werkzaamheden verwachten:

  • Ondersteunen van het Exit Ready proces en ondernemersgesprekken.
  • Adviseren over juridische, strategische en financiële kwesties.
  • Oplossingen ontwikkelen en bespreken met experts en klanten.
  • Assisteren bij het onderhandelings- en offerteproces.
  • Uitvoeren van bedrijfs- en marktanalyses en optimalisaties.
  • Strategisch adviseren bij het Masterplan voor verkoopstrategieën.

Your profile

  • Universitair diploma of een hbo-diploma met een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, finance of strategisch management.
  • Relevante cursussen en nevenactiviteiten die jouw ondernemerschap of consultancy vaardigheden onderstrepen.
  • Sociaal en ondernemend, met praktisch, strategisch, tactisch en commercieel inzicht.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen, nauwkeurig en doelgericht, met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (in Nederland en België).

We spreken voor deze functie ook graag kandidaten die al enkele jaren aan ervaring hebben in een soortgelijk vakgebied.
