Estamos em busca de um(a) UX Designer talentoso(a) para se juntar à nossa equipe. O(a) candidato(a) ideal terá paixão por criar experiências de usuário excepcionais e será responsável por garantir a usabilidade, acessibilidade e satisfação do usuário em nossos produtos digitais.

Responsabilidades:

  • Participar de processos de discovery e definição de problemas;
  • Entender as necessidades dos usuários e os objetivos do negócio;
  • Mapear jornadas, fluxos, pontos de fricção e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Planejar e realizar pesquisas, entrevistas e testes de usabilidade;
  • Criar wireframes, protótipos e interfaces de alta fidelidade;
  • Validar hipóteses antes e depois do desenvolvimento;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com Markting, Tecnologia, Suporte e outras áreas;
  • Documentar fluxos, comportamentos, estados e regras das interfaces;
  • Acompanhar a implementação das soluções junto ao time de desenvolvimento;
  • Evoluir e manter o Design System, garantindo consistência entre os produtos;
  • Utilizar dados, feedbacks e métricas para identificar melhorias;
  • Contribuir com decisões de priorização e evolução do produto.

O que esperamos:

  • Experiência com UX, UI e/ou Product Design;
  • Domínio do Figma e de ferramentas de prototipação;
  • Conhecimento sobre arquitetura da informação, usabilidade e design responsivo;
  • Capacidade de transformar problemas complexos em experiências simples;
  • Experiência com construção de jornadas e fluxos de usuário;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de apresentar e defender decisões de design;
  • Organização para documentar e acompanhar as soluções;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa com Marketing e Desenvolvimento;
  • Portfólio apresentando projetos, contexto, processo, decisões e resultados — e não somente as telas finais.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com aplicativos mobile e plataformas web;
  • Experiência com produtos digitais transacionais, marketplaces ou e-commerce;
  • Conhecimento sobre acessibilidade;
  • Experiência com Design Systems;
  • Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise de comportamento, como PostHog, Firebase, Google Analytics;
  • Experiência com testes A/B e acompanhamento de métricas de produto;
  • Noções de desenvolvimento front-end (React Native, React Web)
