Drei Firmen, 140 Mitarbeitende – und eine IT, die verbindet. Die AG, AVA Verlagsauslieferung AG und Verpackungsservice AG bilden gemeinsam unsere Unternehmensgruppe in Merenschwand. Wir bieten vielseitige Dienstleistungen rund um Logistik, Verlagsauslieferung und Verpackung.

Unsere IT\-Infrastrukturen führen wir zusammen und entwickeln sie gemeinsam weiter. Vieles ist bereits umgesetzt, weitere Schritte stehen noch an. Dabei arbeiten wir eng mit einem externen IT\-Provider zusammen und möchten unser internes IT\-Team verstärken. Dafür suchen wir dich: Mit deinem grossen Fachwissen und deiner Freude am Helfen unterstützt du die Mitarbeitenden aller drei Firmen, hinterfragst bestehende Lösungen und packst Verbesserungen aktiv mit an. Dich erwarten vielseitige Aufgaben und kurze Entscheidungswege.

IT\-Supporter (m/w/d) 80 – 100%

Du sorgst für einen zuverlässigen IT\-Betrieb und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen und Problemen. Mit Windows 11, Intune, Monitoring, Ticketing, Hyper\-V, Azure Local \& Co. hältst du unsere IT\-Systeme auf Kurs, erkennst Störungen frühzeitig und findest nachhaltige Lösungen.

Deine Umgebung:

* Windows 11, M365

* Windows Server und Linux

* Android MDE

* Microsoft Terminal Server, (Azure Virtual Desktop)

* Hyper\-V, VMWare Cluster

* Applikationen: AAABS, OptiBuch, EOS\-Mail

* Drucker (NRG, HP, Zebra)

* Netzwerk: Fortinet (Firewall, Access Points)

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ und mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Support

* Zuverlässige, selbständige und verbindliche Arbeitsweise

* Freude am Kontakt mit Anwenderinnen und Anwendern und die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge einfach und verständlich zu erklären

* Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise – auch wenn mehrere Anfragen gleichzeitig eintreffen

* Neugier auf neue Technologien und grosse Motivation, bei unserem Integrationsprojekt aktiv mit Anzupacken

Deine Aufgaben:

* Anwendersupport per Ticketing\-System und Telefon

* Monitoring und Überwachung mit WhatsUP Gold, PRTG

* Überwachung der IT\-Security Landschaft (TrendMicro Vision One)

* Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen IT\-Betriebs in der genannten Umgebung

* Backup Kontrolle und Restore

* Pflegen der M365 Umgebung (Intune, Entra\-ID, Exchange Online etc.)
