MarleenKookt is een snelgroeiend bedrijf die elke dag duizenden verse maaltijden maakt voor mensen die gezond en lekker willen eten zonder zelf te koken. Groeien doen we zonder concessies aan kwaliteit. Daarom zoeken we een doortastende Assistant Manager Inpak die gedijt in een dynamische omgeving en ervoor zorgt dat elke maaltijd vlekkeloos bij onze klanten terechtkomt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het team inspireren en aansturen: Je leidt de dagstarts, coacht de inpakkers op de vloer en zorgt voor een vrolijke, positieve en veilige werksfeer.
  • Overzicht bewaren in de operatie: Je bewaakt het dashboard en de inpakplanning, stelt de werkstations efficiënt op en zorgt dat alle routes zonder vertraging vertrekken.
  • Kwaliteit en hygiëne borgen: Je houdt scherp toezicht op de HACCP-richtlijnen, temperatuurcontroles en een spik en span werkomgeving op de afdeling.
  • Proces en voorraad op orde houden: Je bestelt tijdig verpakkingen, stickers en schalen, en stemt dagelijks af met het bereidingsteam.

  • Beschikbaar van zondag t/m woensdag
  • Minimaal 1–2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in de horeca, catering of logistiek
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, durft op een opbouwende manier feedback te geven en bent oplossingsgericht
  • Oog voor detail en kwaliteit en strak met hygiëne, structuren en systemen
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen overzicht houden en zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken
  • Je bent positief, haalt energie uit groei en verandering en wil samen met het team continu stappen vooruit zetten.
