What You'll Do

  • Assist customers in selecting the Ford vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle
  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
  • Respond to showroom, internet, and phone inquiries
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Explain vehicle features, technology, financing, and ownership benefits
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience required (automotive experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to earn customer trust and overcome objections professionally
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
