How You'll Make an Impact

Digital Risk Protection Specialist는 글로벌 브랜드를 위협하는 다양한 디지털 리스크로부터 브랜드의 지식재산권을 보호하는 핵심적인 역할을 합니다. AI 기반 기술을 활용하여 위조품, 사칭, 불법 복제, 무단 판매 등의 침해 행위를 감지하고 대응하며, 고객사에 최적화된 보호 전략을 제공합니다. 또한, 주요 사용자로서 솔루션의 지속적인 개선을 위한 피드백을 제공하고, 브랜드 보호 기술의 발전에 기여할 수 있습니다. 빠르게 변화하는 글로벌 스타트업 환경 속에서 도전적인 과제들을 해결하며 브랜드 보호의 미래를 함께 만들어 나갈 기회를 얻게 될 것입니다.

What You'll Do

  • 온라인 마켓플레이스, 소셜 미디어 및 기타 디지털 플랫폼에서 위조품, 사칭, 불법 복제, 무단 판매를 모니터링하고 대응합니다.
  • AI 기반 브랜드 보호 솔루션의 주요 사용자로서 피드백을 제공하고, 제품 및 운영 효율성 개선에 기여합니다.
  • 침해 트렌드 및 시장 데이터를 분석하여 인사이트를 도출하고, 고객 및 내부 팀과 협업하여 보호 전략을 고도화합니다.
  • 브랜드 고객과 협력하여 맞춤형 보호 전략을 제안하고 실행을 지원합니다.
  • 법무, AI, Customer Success 팀과 협업하여 브랜드 보호 프로세스를 지속적으로 개선합니다.
  • 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 새로운 리스크를 선제적으로 식별하고 대응 전략을 수립합니다.
  • 다양한 디지털 채널에서 브랜드 침해를 효과적으로 탐지하고 대응 체계를 구축합니다.

Work Condition (근무 형태)

  • 근무일: 월, 화, 금, 토, 일 (휴무: 수, 목)
  • 근무 일정 월, 화: 오후 1시 ~ 오후 10시 (KST) 금, 토, 일: 오후 3시 ~ 오전 12시 (KST)
