Lead Administrative Specialist - Plant Operations Keep Operations Running. Support a Mission That Matters. Marrakech, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lead Administrative Specialist to support our Plant Operations and Fleet Departments. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating projects, and working collaboratively across departments. What You'll Do
Provide administrative support to Plant Operations and Fleet Management. Maintain databases, spreadsheets, reports, and departmental records. Track vehicle registrations, inspections, warranties, repairs, and GPS inventory. Review mileage logs, gas card activity, and fleet-related reports for accuracy. Coordinate vehicle rentals, recalls, insurance updates, and replacement tracking. Assist with vendor contracts, bid requests, landscaping and snow removal proposals, and capital improvement projects. Prepare meeting minutes and support committee and compliance reporting. Assist with affordable housing administration, including lease tracking, tenant communications, waiting lists, and inspection coordination.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. 3 to 6 months of administrative experience required. Experience with automotive, fleet, maintenance, database management, or property operations is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other web-based applications. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Valid Connecticut Driver's License required.
Pay/Schedule:
$20.67 per hour Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30 minute lunch)
