Join the vibrant team at Marriott Orlando Downtown as a Part-Time Bartender and become a key player in creating memorable guest experiences during our lively evening hours. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy engaging with guests in a dynamic atmosphere, this position is perfect for you! This role focuses on PM shifts from Thursday to Sunday, offering an excellent opportunity to work in one of Orlando's premier locations.

Responsibilities

  • Craft a variety of alcoholic beverages and mocktails with precision and creativity to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain consistent quality.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and adhering to safety regulations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy evening shifts.
  • Comply with all state and local alcohol laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work Thursday through Sunday PM shifts consistently.
  • Knowledge of drink mixing and presentation techniques.
  • Responsible alcohol service awareness and encouraging safe guest behavior.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
