POSICIÓN OBJETIVO Y RESPONSABILIDAD.

  • Comprender y apoyar la Visión Internacional de MVW para convertirse en el proveedor preferido de propietarios de vacaciones y experiencias de vacaciones personalizadas. Contribuya al éxito de la Visión.
  • Responder a todas las llamadas telefónicas entrantes y la correspondencia respectiva de los propietarios de Marriott Vacation Club International de una manera amigable y eficiente para garantizar que todos los propietarios estén satisfechos.
  • Mantener la tradición y la actitud de tener el deseo de brindar un excelente servicio a todos los clientes y asociados en el centro, lo que, a su vez, respaldará sus esfuerzos para brindar un excelente servicio a los clientes y otros asociados de la operación. Responder con sensibilidad a las necesidades y sentimientos de los demás, independientemente de su estado o posición; aceptar las diferencias interpersonales y mantener una buena relación.

  • Trabajar como defensor del cliente para resolver cualquier queja y educarlos sobre la propiedad de sus vacaciones y preparar resúmenes de problemas sobre las preocupaciones del cliente adecuados para la revisión de la alta gerencia. Seguimiento de los comentarios de los propietarios a través de todas las comunicaciones.

PRE REQUISITOS DE TRABAJO

  • Técnico o Universitario
  • 80% bilingüe inglés (oral y escrito) y español.
  • Poder explicar ideas complejas de manera clara y concisa para asegurar la comprensión.
  • Capacidad demostrada anteriormente para realizar un seguimiento de todas las consultas, quejas o sugerencias de los clientes.
  • Poder expresarse claramente a través de medios orales; para utilizar adecuadamente factores técnicos como la gramática, el vocabulario, la inflexión de la voz y el contacto visual.
  • Poder expresarse clara y efectivamente a través de medios escritos; utilizar adecuadamente factores técnicos como la gramática, la puntuación y el vocabulario.
  • Experiencia previa y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno Windows de sesiones múltiples preferido.
  • Capacidad de funcionar con calma en un entorno de ritmo rápido que maneja múltiples prioridades simultáneamente. Ser capaz de afrontar situaciones de carácter dinámico; para poder modificar planes, acciones y decisiones a la luz de situaciones y circunstancias cambiantes.
