Job Description

Le Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport hôtel est à la recherche d’un/une Chef de rang polyvalent/e. Vous assurerez la satisfaction des clients par la qualité de votre travail et serez le garant de la qualité du service.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Assurer un accueil/service de qualité sur son point de vente

• Prendre les commandes des clients et en assurer le suivi

• Effectuer un service de grande qualité en étant attentif aux détails et demandes des clients

• Satisfaire les clients et anticiper leurs besoins

• Effectuer les tâches confiées par votre responsable telles que la mise en place, le service, le débarassage, la remise en état, etc

• Travailler et communiquer en transparence avec l’équipe

• Assurer une parfaite collaboration avec les autres services

• Garantir la propreté de votre espace de travail

• Respecter l’hygiène conformément à la législation en vigueur

Profil recherché

Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée en restauration

Vous êtes passionné/e par l’hôtellerie.

Vous êtes reconnu/e pour votre sens du service, votre dynamisme et votre bonne gestion du stress

Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, êtes fiable et faites preuve de flexibilité

Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais. Une langue supplémentaire est un plus.
