Au sein du Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center, chaque séjour est une occasion de créer une expérience mémorable.

Situé dans le 14ᵉ arrondissement, notre établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié sur la rive gauche parisienne. Avec ses 757 chambres et suites, ses 5 000 m² d'espaces événementiels et son tout nouveau Marriott Great Room, nous accueillons chaque année des voyageurs du monde entier dans un environnement moderne, élégant et animé.

Vous rejoignez une équipe dynamique et passionnée, dédiée à offrir à nos clients une expérience de restauration de qualité dans un environnement international et stimulant.

Sous la supervision du Chef de Rang et des responsables de la restauration, vous participez activement au bon déroulement du service dans nos différents points de vente et espaces banquets.

Votre rôle

En tant que Commis de Salle, vous contribuez à la qualité de l'accueil et du service en salle en assurant la préparation, le suivi et le soutien opérationnel des équipes de restauration.

Vos principales missions

  • Préparer et mettre en place la salle, les tables et le matériel de service.
  • Assister les Chefs de Rang et contribuer au bon déroulement du service.
  • Accueillir et servir les clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.
  • Assurer le débarrassage, le rangement et l'entretien des espaces de restauration.
  • Garantir la qualité de l'expérience client dans le respect des standards Marriott.
  • Appliquer les procédures d'hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et les normes HACCP.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes restauration et banquets et intervenir sur les différents points de vente de l'hôtel.

Profil recherché

Formation & Expérience

  • Une première expérience en restauration ou en hôtellerie est appréciée.
  • Formation en restauration, hôtellerie ou service souhaitée.
  • Français courant indispensable.
  • Anglais professionnel apprécié.
