Das Besondere: Sie kümmern sich nicht nur um die Gruppenbuchungen vom Hamburg Marriott, sondern ebenfalls von unserem Schwesterhaus, dem Renaissance Hamburg Hotel. Somit haben Sie jeden Tag den Ausgleich zwischen moderner Eleganz und urbanem Street-Art Lifestyle.

So sieht Ihr Tag aus:

  • Verkauf von Gruppenkontingenten und Banketträumen beider Hotels
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Erstellen von Angeboten und Verträgen für Veranstaltungen mit mehr als 10 Zimmern
  • Durchführung von Hausbesichtigungen
  • Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Abgabe aller Angebote
  • Betreuung des Kunden bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Übergabe von benötigten Informationen an das Event Management
  • Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Erreichen der gesteckten Umsatzziele
  • Eigene Projektbetreuung

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • Kenntnisse in Opera Sales & Catering wünschenswert
  • Strategisches Denken
  • Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der gehobenen Gastronomie/ Hotellerie oder als Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Leidenschaft und eine positive Ausstrahlung im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Lust Neues zu entdecken
  • Team-Work-Gedanken und Lust, Ihre Begeisterung und Ihr Wissen zu teilen

  • Bezahlung nach dem Tarifvertrag des Hotel- und Gaststättengewerbe der Hansestadt Hamburg mit einem Bruttojahresgehalt ab 34.860,- € bei einer Vollzeittätigkeit
