Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, ACHM Spain Management, S.L. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
ACHM Hotels by Marriott is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join its Revenue team, with an initial training period in Milan, followed by a permanent position based in Rome.

💼 Your Mission
As a Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing revenue across our hotel portfolio, developing and implementing pricing and inventory management strategies to optimize hotel performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
📊 Preparing and analyzing Revenue Management reports to support strategic decision-making.
📈 Monitoring pick-up and comparing actual results against forecasts, identifying variances and opportunities for growth.
🔍 Conducting period-end analysis to identify trends, seasonality, and future business opportunities.
💡 Performing advanced pricing analyses, displacement analysis, and account profitability assessments.
🏨 Evaluating hotel performance against historical results, budget, and market competitors.
🤝 Organizing and leading regular revenue meetings to align pricing strategies by property and destination.
🎯 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Economics, Tourism, or a related field.
📅 At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hotel industry.
💻 Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
🧠 Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
🌍 Excellent command of English.
📍 Location & Start Date
Expected start date: January 2027.
First month of training in Milan, to become familiar with the hotel portfolio, internal processes, and Revenue Management tools.
Permanent base in Rome thereafter, continuing your role within the Revenue team.
