Residence Inn by Marriott Pompano Beach Oceanfront is looking for friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Night Auditors to join our team!

If you enjoy helping guests, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps, we’d love to meet you!

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Welcome guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional overnight guest service.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
  • Perform daily night audit procedures, including balancing transactions and verifying financial reports.
  • Process payments, reconcile cash and credit card transactions, and ensure accurate records.
  • Answer guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Monitor hotel activity and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for guests.
  • Prepare daily reports and ensure a smooth transition for the morning team.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to keep operations running efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Marriott systems, including FOSSE, is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills.
  • A friendly, professional personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
