ANALISTA DE SEGUROS INTERNACIONALES (Multinacionales)

Buscamos una persona talentosa para que se una a nuestro equipo Internacional en Marsh. Este puesto estará ubicado en Bogotá, Colombia, brindando soporte a Chile. Se trata de un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina. Es una posición full-time.

En esta posición de Analista Multinational Outbound, serás el punto de contacto dedicado 100% para cuentas Outbound (siendo Marsh Chile la Oficina Productora), dando soporte directo a los gerentes de cuentas en Chile que gestionan clientes con casa matriz. Tu propósito será asegurar la correcta coordinación internacional para la emisión de programas mundiales, el seguimiento de pólizas fronting y la trazabilidad del servicio de las oficinas de la red.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Brindar asesoría a los gerentes de cuentas respecto a regulación local y fees de los países involucrados para la emisión de programas mundiales, apoyándote en fuentes internas como Country Profile (AXCO) y herramientas de Marsh.
  • Dar soporte para enviar instrucciones y dar seguimiento a solicitudes a través de Marsh Global Connect (MGC), asegurando comunicación clara y oportuna con las oficinas de la red.
  • Realizar seguimiento a emisiones y gestionar controles de servicio de las oficinas de servicio, escalando cuando sea necesario para cumplir plazos y estándares.
  • Emitir un reporte mensual del estatus de emisiones y pagos de pólizas emitidas por cada oficina de servicio, y entregarlo al gerente de cuenta para su gestión y visibilidad.
  • Garantizar la trazabilidad de procesos, documentos y entregables asociados a pólizas fronting emitidas por oficinas de servicio para clientes referidos desde Marsh Chile.
  • Gestionar y mantener control de documentación, estatus, primas pagadas y niveles de servicio por país dentro de MGC, asegurando información ordenada, actualizada y accesible.
  • Trabajar de forma coordinada con stakeholders internos (gerentes de cuenta, equipos de multinacionales) y externos (oficinas de la red) para asegurar una experiencia consistente y alineada con estándares globales.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en áreas multinacionales en otros corredores o compañías de seguros, con conocimiento práctico de la dinámica de programas mundiales.
  • No se requiere una profesión específica, siempre que se cumpla la experiencia y capacidades del rol.
  • Inglés intermedio–avanzado (conversacional).
  • Habilidad para organizar, priorizar y dar seguimiento a múltiples gestiones en paralelo, con alta atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con herramientas y sistemas internos, controles de estatus y reportería.

Lo que te hace destacar:

  • Experiencia previa coordinando con oficinas de red/múltiples países y gestionando dependencias y fechas críticas.
  • Capacidad analítica para construir reportes de estatus y asegurar consistencia de información.
  • Comunicación escrita y verbal clara (español e inglés) y criterio para escalar incidencias.

Horario / modalidad:

  • Disponibilidad de horario Lunes a Viernes 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (en Febrero o Marzo se ajusta a 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
  • Festivos: solo si se cruzan en ambos países.
  • Rol híbrido (mínimo 3 días en oficina).
