Projektleitung (m/w/d) – Financial and Strategy Advisory

Wir suchen eine engagierte, kontaktstarke Persönlichkeit mit juristischem und/oder steuerberatendem Hintergrund, die Mandanten und Unternehmen bei der Strukturierung, Platzierung und Verhandlung von Steuer- und Transaktionsversicherungen unterstützt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Begleitung komplexer M&A-Transaktionen sowie der Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen im Bereich Tax Insurance.

Das macht die Position aus:

  • Beratung von Mandanten zu Steuer- und Transaktionsrisiken im Rahmen von M&A-Prozessen
  • Entwicklung, Strukturierung und Platzierung von Tax-Insurance-Lösungen
  • Begleitung und Führung von Vertrags- und Policenverhandlungen mit Versicherern, Mandanten und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Analyse komplexer steuerlicher und rechtlicher Sachverhalte in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Experten
  • Aktive Pflege und Ausbau von Kunden- und Netzwerkbeziehungen
  • Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Unterstützung bei der Akquisition von Mandaten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin und/oder Steuerberater/Steuerberaterin
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Nachweisbaren M&A-Hintergrund, idealerweise im Transaktionsumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Leistungsbereitschaft und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Kontaktfreudigkeit
  • Hohe Akquisestärke und Freude am Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, unternehmerisches Verständnis und sicheres Auftreten
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
