Vi söker nu Mat och dryckesinspiratör (Servitris/Servitör ) restaurang Ottos Vardagsrum och kök på Marstrands Havshotell.

Vi tror på värdskap med hjärta, möten som känns på riktigt och upplevelser som sitter kvar långt efter att gästen rest hem. Vår vision är att skapa minnen med Marstrand som fond, och det vill du vara med på. Nu söker vi dig som vill vara med och forma framtidens Marstrands Havshotell, ett privatägt hotell där värme, närvaro och genuinitet spelar huvudrollen.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Arbeta som servitör och inspiratör för våra gäster och skapa en minnesvärd mat- och dryckesupplevelse.

Skapa en varm och välkomnande atmosfär för våra gäster genom professionell och personlig service.

Ansvara för bordsservering enligt våra rutiner och service koncept.

Säkerställa att varje gäst känner sig sedd, omhändertagen och uppmärksammad under hela sitt besök.

Medverka vid event, bröllop och andra arrangemang.

Bidra till våra budgetmål med ett bra fokus på merförsäljning och inspiration.

VEM ÄR DU?

· Du är glad – social – och har service i ditt DNA.

· Ett skarpt öga för detaljer, och ett leende som smittar.

· Är nyfiken, tar ansvar och gillar att utveckling och inte är rädd att komma med idéer och förbättringspotential.

· Kan arbeta under högt tempo med ett leende på läpparna som smittar både kollegor och kunder.

· Kunskap om mat och dryck är ett plus, men vi har bra medel för att lära dig bara du har rätt inställning.

Utöver detta ser vi att du:

· Körkort och har tillgång till bil är önskvärt då det ibland kan bli sena kvällar eller tidiga mornar.

· Kommunikativ i både svenska & engelska i tal och skrift
