ARBETSUPPGIFTER

  • Ge våra gäster ett varmt och professionellt bemötande – alltid med bästa service i fokus.
  • Ansvara för att receptionens rutiner och checklistor följs och att alla uppgifter under ditt pass hanteras korrekt.
  • Vara påläst om våra erbjudanden, paket och konferensmöjligheter för att möta och behandla bokningar smidigt i bokningssystemet.
  • Proaktivt tillgodose dig nödvändig information för att alltid kunna ge gästen bästa möjliga upplevelse.
  • Hantera inkommande bokningar och säkerställa rätt priskod samt uppföljning av ankomster.
  • Effektivt kommunicera med gäster via e-post och telefon, ge snabba och konkreta svar samt hålla inkorgen uppdaterad.
  • Ansvara för kassahantering enligt våra rutiner och rapportera driftfel eller brister till receptionschef.
  • Stötta konferensverksamheten med utskrifter, bokningar, avbokningar och gästbemötande.
  • Delta i introduktion och upplärning av ny personal.
  • Vid behov arbeta nattpass och bidra utanför din specifika arbetsroll i enlighet med vårt värdeord ”tillsammans”.

  • Väldigt goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
  • Har ett öga för detaljer, är noggrann och lösningsfokuserad

  • Du fullkomligt älskar service och tar hand om våra gäster i receptionen vid både in och utcheckning
  • Du har inga problem att lära dig nya datorsystem
  • Vikten av att samarbete är helt naturlig för dig
  • Du trivs som bäst när det händer saker och desto fler bollar i luften desto bättre
  • Receptionen är hotellets hjärta och du är helt bekväm med att vara vårt ansikte utåt mot våra gäster
