Als City Manager bei marta übernimmst du den kompletten Markteintritt in deiner Region: von der ersten Mitarbeiterin über die ersten Kunden bis zum profitablen Regelbetrieb. Du triffst die unternehmerischen Entscheidungen für deinen Standort und trägst die Verantwortung für sein Wachstum.

Die Rolle verlangt operative Exzellenz und strategisches Denken gleichermaßen: Du baust Strukturen, Prozesse und ein Team auf und entwickelst deinen Standort eigenständig weiter.

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Markteintritt und wirtschaftliche Verantwortung: Du planst und verantwortest den kompletten Aufbau deines Standorts, wirtschaftlich und operativ.
  • Teamaufbau: Du stellst dein eigenes Team an Alltagshelfern ein, führst und entwickelst es weiter.
  • Kundenbasis: Du baust die Kundenbasis systematisch auf und stellst einen reibungslosen Start und Koordination der Betreuungen sicher.
  • Strukturaufbau: Du setzt unser erprobtes Vorgehen um, passt es lokal an und lieferst fundiertes Feedback zur Weiterentwicklung.
  • Partnerschaften: Du baust lokale Kanäle und Partnerschaften auf, die deinen Standort nachhaltig mit neuen Möglichkeiten versorgen.

  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, in Business Development, im Aufbau von Geschäftsbereichen, in der Beratung oder im Startup-Umfeld
  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du priorisierst eigenständig, gibst dir selbst Struktur im Arbeitsalltag und übernimmst Verantwortung für wirtschaftliche Ergebnisse.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bearbeitest operative und strategische Themen gleichzeitig
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
  • Bereitschaft, vor Ort in deiner Region zu arbeiten
