​Vos tâches

  • Participer activement à la réalisation de projets d'installations de chauffage, ventilation et traitement d'air, ponctuellement en phase d'acquisition et études et principalement en phase d'exécution des travaux
  • Planifier, coordonner, organiser et suivre l'évolution des chantiers chauffage et ventilation, en assurant le pilotage des équipes sous\-traitantes de montage et de mise en service ainsi que des mandataires spécialisés
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants du projet (maîtres d'ouvrage, directions de travaux, bureaux techniques, fournisseurs et sous\-traitants)
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité, de santé au travail et de protection de l'environnement, ainsi qu'à l'application des procédures qualité de l'entreprise
  • Garantir le respect des engagements contractuels en matière de délais, de coûts, de qualité et de performances techniques des installations
  • Assurer la gestion financière des chantiers, y compris le suivi des budgets, des heures de travail, des travaux supplémentaires et de la facturation
  • Coordonner et superviser les sous\-traitants ainsi que les fournisseurs, en assurant le suivi technique et financier de leurs prestations
  • Préparer les soumissions, analyser les appels d'offres, négocier avec les fournisseurs et participer à l'élaboration des dossiers techniques
  • Rechercher et proposer des solutions techniques ainsi que des variantes d'exécution visant à optimiser les coûts, les délais, la qualité et la performance énergétique des installations
  • Organiser les essais, les réglages, la mise en service des installations et la remise des ouvrages au client
  • Assurer le suivi des réserves, la réception des travaux et l'établissement des dossiers de révision et de maintenance

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans la conduite de chantiers chauffage et/ou ventilation
  • Expérience dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs chantiers
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de planification
  • Expérience dans la coordination de sous\-traitants et de différents corps de métier
  • Formation de base et compétences dans le domaine du CV\-S (concept et notions minimales de dimensionnement)
  • Aisance relationnelle et aptitude à communiquer avec les clients, mandataires et collaborateurs
