Conducteur de Travaux "Electricité" Entreprise Générale

?Vos tâches

  • Participer activement à la réalisation de projets d'installations électriques courant fort et courant faible dans les secteurs tertiaire, industriel et résidentiel \_ ponctuellement en phase d'acquisition et études et principalement en phase d'exécution des travaux
  • Planifier, coordonner, organiser et suivre l'évolution des chantiers électriques, en assurant le pilotage des équipes de montage et de mise en service sous\-traitantes de montage et de mise en service ainsi que des mandataires spécialisés
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants du projet (maîtres d'ouvrage, directions de travaux, bureaux d'ingénieurs, fournisseurs et sous\-traitants)
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité, de santé au travail et de protection de l'environnement, ainsi qu'à l'application des procédures qualité de l'entreprise
  • Garantir le respect des engagements contractuels en matière de délais, de coûts, de qualité et de conformité des installations électriques
  • Coordonner et superviser les sous\-traitants ainsi que les fournisseurs, en assurant le suivi technique et financier de leurs prestations
  • Rechercher et proposer des solutions techniques ainsi que des variantes d'exécution visant à optimiser les coûts, les délais, la qualité et les performances des installations
  • Organiser les contrôles, les essais fonctionnels, les mises en service et la remise des installations au client
  • Assurer le suivi des réserves, la réception des travaux et l'établissement des dossiers de révision et de documentation technique
  • Veiller au respect des normes et prescriptions en vigueur, notamment en matière d'installations électriques, de sécurité et de conformité réglementaire
  • Assurer le suivi des modifications de projet et garantir une communication efficace entre les différents intervenants tout au long du chantier
  • Participer au développement commercial en entretenant des relations de qualité avec les clients, mandataires et partenaires

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans la conduite de chantiers électricité
  • Expérience dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs chantiers
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de planification
  • Expérience dans la coordination de sous\-traitants et de différents corps de métier
  • Formation de base et compétences dans le domaine du CV\-S (concept et notions minimales de dimensionnement)
  • Aisance relationnelle et aptitude à communiquer avec les clients, mandataires et collaborateurs
