Leiter\*in Akquisition Basel ============================

DAS KANNST DU BEI UNS BEWEGEN

  • Du baust unser Akquisitionsnetzwerk in der Region Basel gezielt aus und pflegst persönliche Beziehungen zu Bauherrschaften, Investoren, Grundeigentümern und Projektpartnern
  • Du beobachtest den Markt, erkennst Chancen frühzeitig und entwickelst daraus konkrete Projekte für Service\- und Trader Development sowie TU\-Submissionen
  • Du gewinnst neue Kunden, entwickelst bestehende Beziehungen weiter und initiierst gezielte Kundenaktivitäten und Anlässe
  • Du klärst Kundenbedürfnisse, entwickelst mit unseren Fachbereichen überzeugende Lösungen und bereitest fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Offerten auf
  • Du erarbeitest und verhandelst Entwicklungsvereinbarungen und Landanbindungsverträge mit Investoren, Grundeigentümern und weiteren Projektpartnern
  • Du führst deine Akquisitions\-Pipeline strukturiert und arbeitest bei standortübergreifenden Opportunitäten eng mit unseren Teams in Bern, Zürich und Luzern zusammen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du bewegst dich gerne im Markt, trittst überzeugend und verbindlich auf und baust nachhaltige Beziehungen auf
  • Du erkennst Chancen frühzeitig und entwickelst daraus mit Ausdauer konkrete Projekte und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, handelst eigenverantwortlich und organisierst deine Akquisitionsarbeit strukturiert und nachvollziehbar
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Akquisition, Projektentwicklung, Immobilienwirtschaft oder im Totalunternehmergeschäft mit
  • Du kennst den Immobilienmarkt der Region Basel und verfügst über ein entsprechendes Netzwerk oder kannst dieses rasch aufbauen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und nutzt gleichzeitig gezielt die Kompetenzen interner Spezialisten und anderer Standorte
