Wir arbeiten derzeit an den weltweit größten und spannendsten Tunnelbaustellen wie dem Brenner-Basistunnel, an innovativen Wasserkraftwerken für die Stromversorgung der Zukunft sowie an verschiedenen interessanten Elektrotechnik-Projekten im Bereich der Verkehrsinfrastruktur Straße und Schiene in Österreich.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine_n 1 Projektkauffrau/mann für Großprojekte Tunnelbau und Verkehrstechnik in Österreich

Ihre Aufgaben:

* kaufmännische Leitung von Großprojekten

* Durchführung der projektbezogenen Beschaffung

* Abrechnung von Nachunternehmer-Verträgen und Lieferanten

* Führung der Buchhaltung und Betreuung steuerlicher Angelegenheiten

* Erstellung von Finanzplänen, Prognosen und Budgets

* Versicherungswesen / Bearbeitung von Schadensmeldungen der Baustelle

* Aufbereitung der kfm. Daten zur Kostenkontrolle, Controlling, Berichts- und Meldewesen

* Erstellen von Leistungs- und Ergebnisvorschau und Soll-Ist-Analysen

* Erstellung der quartalsmäßigen und jährlichen Handelsbilanzen

* Behördenkontakte, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

* Führung des kaufmännischen Teams (kfm. SachbearbeiterInnen, SekretärInnen)

Ihr Profil:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung auf Großbaustellen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Uni, FH, HAK), sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Sicheres Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit sowie unternehmerisches Handeln

* Gute Organisationsfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Ein hohes Maß an kaufm. u. evtl. techn. Verständnis
