Als Store Manager:in für unsere Filiale in Velden förderst und inspirierst du dein Team und schaffst außergewöhnliche Erlebnisse für dein Team und unsere Kund:innen. Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Als Store Manager:in bist du Führungskraft eines rund 20-köpfigen Teams.
  • Du bist die/der perfekte Gastgeber:in und schaffst gemeinsam mit deinem Team besondere Erlebnisse für unsere Kund:innen.
  • Du bist ein Verkaufstalent und gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für ein besonderes Einkaufserlebnis in unserer Filiale.
  • Du leitest, schulst und motivierst dein Team mit Begeisterung und bist nicht nur Vorbild, sondern auch Vertrauensperson.
  • Du fühlst dich auch in Saisonspitzenzeiten wohl und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Service und Verkauf.
  • Du managst die internen Abläufe und Prozesse deiner Filiale und bist für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg verantwortlich.
  • Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen dem Atelier und deinem Filialteam und stehst daher in ständigem Austausch mit deiner Führungskraft und dem Filialmanagement.

Begeisterung und den richtigen Background bringst du mit:

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen als Führungskraft gesammelt und siehst dich in einer verantwortungsvollen Position.
  • Du bringst ein wirtschaftliches Verständnis und organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit.
  • Dein gastronomischer Background und deine Freude daran mit hochwertigen Produkten zu arbeiten, machen dein Profil perfekt.
  • Du bist engagiert, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und man kann sich auf dich verlassen.
  • „Ich bin für dich da“ ist für dich nicht nur eine Floskel, sondern gehört zu deinem Mindset.
  • Du bist eine offene und empathische Person und kannst dich in andere Personen bzw. Situationen hineinversetzen.
