Martini House er en italiensk-amerikansk nabolagsrestaurant på Brigadevej i Amager. Vi laver den slags mad, vi selv elsker at spise — generøs, klassisk og ukompliceret — i et rum, der er varmt, livligt og en lille smule old-school.

Vi leder efter flere tjenere til vores lille team.

For os handler god service først og fremmest om værtskab. Vi vil have gæsterne til at føle sig velkomne, godt taget hånd om og have lyst til at komme igen. Det betyder, at vi tager vores arbejde seriøst, men ikke os selv alt for seriøst.

Vi leder efter mennesker med personlighed, som kan læse et bord, arbejde hurtigt, når restauranten er fuld, og stadig få gæsterne til at føle, at de har god tid.

Dine opgaver

• Tage varmt og naturligt imod vores gæster og sørge for, at de føler sig hjemme

• Guide gæsterne gennem menuen og vores vin- og cocktailkort med selvtillid og personlighed

• Have ansvar for din sektion og holde styr på tempo, timing og detaljer gennem hele service

• Arbejde tæt sammen med køkken, bar og resten af FOH-teamet

• Være opmærksom på hele restauranten — ikke kun dine egne borde

• Hjælpe dine kolleger, når de har travlt, og bidrage til en stærk og generøs servicekultur

• Holde restauranten ren, organiseret og klar til gæster

• Være til stede og engageret på gulvet fra første til sidste bord

Vi leder efter dig, der

• Har erfaring fra restaurant eller hospitality — gerne fra en travl restaurant

• Oprigtigt kan lide at tage sig af mennesker

• Har personlighed og selvtillid uden at gøre service formel eller stiv

• Kan holde hovedet koldt, når restauranten er fuld

• Ser, hvad der skal gøres, uden altid at skulle blive bedt om det

• Er nysgerrig på mad, vin og cocktails

• Er stabil, professionel og en god kollega

• Taler dansk eller engelsk — dansk er en fordel, men ikke et krav

Martini House is an Italian-American neighborhood restaurant on Brigadevej in Amager. We serve the kind of food we love to eat — generous, classic and uncomplicated — in a room that’s warm, lively and a little bit old-school.

We’re looking for more servers to join our small team.

For us, great service starts with hospitality. We want people to feel genuinely welcome, well taken care of, and excited to come back. That means taking the job seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.

We’re looking for people with personality who can read a table, move quickly when the restaurant is full, and still make guests feel like there’s nowhere they need to be.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming guests warmly and making people feel at home

• Guiding guests through our food, wine and cocktail menus with confidence and personality

• Taking ownership of your section and staying on top of pacing, timing and details throughout service

• Working closely with the kitchen, bar and the rest of the FOH team

• Paying attention to the whole restaurant — not just your own tables

• Stepping in when teammates need help and contributing to a generous service culture

• Keeping the restaurant clean, organized and ready for guests

• Staying present and engaged on the floor from the first table to the last

What we’re looking for

• Restaurant or hospitality experience, ideally in a busy restaurant

• Someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people

• Personality and confidence without making service feel formal or stiff

• The ability to stay calm and positive when the restaurant gets busy

• Someone who notices what needs doing without always having to be asked

• An interest in food, wine and cocktails

• Reliability, professionalism and being a good teammate

• Danish or English — Danish is a plus, but not required
