Ben jij een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige boekhoudkundige professional met een passie voor cijfers en processen?

Voor onze financiële afdeling zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven medewerker die zich wil ontfermen over een breed takenpakket binnen de crediteurenadministratie, belastingen en algemene boekhouding. In deze rol krijg je de kans om actief bij te dragen aan de financiële gezondheid van onze organisatie, waarbij je zowel operationele als analytische verantwoordelijkheden opneemt.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en oog voor detail centraal staan. Heb jij ervaring met AP accounting, btw-aangiftes en maandafsluitingen? Dan ben jij misschien wel de collega die we zoeken!

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Crediteurenadministratie (AP Accounting):

  • Facturen registreren.
  • Uitvoeren van 3-way matching (PO-GR-FACTUUR).
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers
  • Voorbereiden van leveranciersbetalingen.

Belastingen: Zelfstandig opstellen en indienen van btw-aangiftes, IC-aangiftes, Intrastat en btw-listingen.

Algemene boekhouding:

  • Actief meewerken aan de maandafsluitingen (voorzieningen, afschrijvingen, enz.).
  • Opstellen van de jaarrekening en bijbehorende documentatie voor de raad van bestuur.
  • Zelfstandig voorbereiden van het jaarlijkse auditdossier, met assistentie van een supervisor.
  • ICO-reconciliatie.
  • Reconciliatie van grootboekrekeningen (GL-rekeningen).
  • Bachelor of Master in een Economische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een stevige ervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Ervaring in een internationale omgeving is een plus.
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse/Nederlandse taal.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en goede analytische vaardigheden.
  • Je bent flexibel bij de maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen.
  • Kennis van JD Edwards/SAP is een voordeel.
  • MS Office software heb je goed onder de knie.
