The posting

About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Marvell's culture and values to life. We build and maintain every aspect of what keeps our workplaces operating seamlessly — from the experience an employee has the moment they walk into one of our offices, to how we move our people and executives around the world, to the systems that make it all auditable and efficient. We manage the industry-leading employee services that help make Marvell a great place to work: how we design sustainable, healthy, and collaborative workspaces; how we create energizing food, amenity, and event experiences; how we support our executives with the discretion and polish their schedules demand; and how we deliver inclusive environments where Marvell and our employees can thrive.

This is a newly consolidated Director-level role bringing together corporate travel, corporate card programs, headquarters events, global amenities strategy, and elevated executive facilities support under a single leader — replacing what was previously a narrower Travel & Corporate Cards-only mandate. You'll build and lead a team spanning each of these disciplines, and you'll be the single point of accountability for how Marvell's employees and executives experience travel, events, amenities, and workplace services worldwide.

What You Can Expect

Travel & Corporate Card Program Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end daily operations of corporate card provisioning and lifecycle management, expense reconciliation, travel booking platforms, and the executive travel program.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for global TMC partners and other travel & expense vendors, managing SLAs, contract compliance, and ongoing performance.
  • Establish and enforce program controls, audit processes, and global reimbursement standards that balance compliance with a frictionless employee experience.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex card, expense, and travel issues, resolving them efficiently and using patterns to drive systemic improvement.

Executive & White-Glove Workplace Services

  • Design and lead a white-glove service model for Marvell's executive population — travel, scheduling touchpoints, workplace accommodations, and day-to-day requests — delivered with the discretion, polish, and responsiveness executive support demands.
  • Set the service standard for how executive and VIP needs (visiting customers, board members, senior leadership) are handled across every Marvell site, ensuring a consistent, high-touch experience regardless of location.
  • Build and manage a small, highly responsive executive services function capable of resolving sensitive or time-critical requests quickly and with complete confidentiality.
  • Partner with Executive Assistants and senior leadership offices to anticipate needs proactively rather than simply reacting to requests.

Headquarters Events & Experience Management

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of headquarters special events — all-hands meetings, executive briefings, board meetings, customer visits, and employee celebrations — including room setup, space reservations, catering, and AV production coordination.
  • Build and manage a room/space reservation system and governance model for shared HQ meeting and event spaces, balancing competing demands across the business.
  • Manage relationships with catering, AV, and event production vendors, negotiating contracts and holding them to service-level standards.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications, Executive Offices, and business unit leaders to plan and resource events that reflect Marvell's culture and brand.
  • Build scalable event playbooks and checklists so consistent, high-quality execution doesn't depend on any single person's institutional knowledge.

Global Amenities & Employee Experience Program

  • Define and manage Marvell's global office amenities strategy — determining what amenities (food & beverage programs, wellness offerings, collaboration spaces, fitness options, and similar) are appropriate for each office, scaled to office size, regional market norms, and local cultural expectations.
  • Build a standards framework that balances global consistency in the Marvell employee experience with the flexibility each region and site genuinely needs.
  • Own vendor relationships for amenity programs (food service, wellness, and related services), managing quality, cost, and employee satisfaction.
  • Build feedback mechanisms to capture employee sentiment on amenities and workplace experience, and translate that feedback into a prioritized investment roadmap.
  • Partner with Real Estate and Facilities teams to ensure amenity planning is built into new site selection, office buildouts, and renovations from the start.

Executive Facilities Support (Elevated Helpdesk)

  • Stand up and lead an elevated/executive tier of the facilities helpdesk — faster response times, higher-touch service, and proactive issue resolution for executive offices, board rooms, and other high-visibility spaces.
  • Define clear service-level standards and escalation paths that distinguish executive-tier support from standard employee facilities requests, without creating confusion or a two-tier employee experience elsewhere.
  • Own the technology and ticketing workflow for facilities requests, ensuring requests are triaged, tracked, and resolved with full visibility into performance.
  • Build a team or vendor model capable of delivering this elevated support consistently across Marvell's largest sites.

Transformation, Technology & Modernization

  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap across travel, card, events, and amenities — rationalizing platforms, automating workflows, and eliminating manual processes, drawing on proven experience modernizing programs at prior companies.
  • Lead evaluation and selection of next-generation technologies across the portfolio, including AI-enabled expense automation, touchless audit controls, integrated booking tools, and modern event/space-management platforms.
  • Drive change management and adoption strategies that ensure employees, approvers, and executives embrace new tools and updated policies at a global scale.

Data, Analytics & Benchmarking

  • Own program analytics across all functional areas — build dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface spend trends, policy compliance, utilization, employee satisfaction, and savings opportunities.
  • Benchmark Marvell's programs against industry best practices and peer companies; translate findings into a compelling narrative for leadership that drives prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Define and track KPIs across every program dimension: cost efficiency, traveler and employee satisfaction, compliance rates, event quality, and vendor performance.

Employee Experience & Policy

  • Lead a comprehensive rewrite of Marvell's global travel policy — simplifying language, aligning with market norms, and reflecting the needs of a global, hybrid workforce.
  • Champion the employee experience across every touchpoint your organization owns: booking, expense submission, reimbursement, traveler support, event attendance, amenity usage, and facilities requests.
  • Build feedback mechanisms to continuously capture employee sentiment across all program areas and surface actionable improvements.

Finance & Accounting Partnership

  • Partner closely with the Accounting team to drive synergy across T&E, events, and amenities operations and financial close processes, ensuring accurate expense accruals, timely reconciliations, and clean audit trails.
  • Align program reporting with corporate financial systems and month-end close requirements in collaboration with Finance leadership.
  • Support internal and external audit processes with thorough, well-documented program records and data across all functional areas.
  • Own and manage a consolidated multi-million-dollar budget spanning travel, cards, events, amenities, and facilities support, with full accountability for cost efficiency and ROI.

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of managers and individual contributors across travel/card operations, headquarters events, global amenities, and executive facilities support.
  • Set a clear organizational structure and career paths for a newly consolidated function, hiring to fill gaps as the team comes together.
  • Model and reinforce a service culture across the organization — accountability, responsiveness, and genuine care for the people the team serves.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive experience across corporate travel, T&E/card programs, corporate events, hospitality, or workplace/facilities services, including at least 4+ years in a people-leadership role managing managers or a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated track record of transforming and modernizing travel, events, or workplace programs at a mid-to-large enterprise — you've done it before and can articulate the approach, the obstacles, and the outcomes.
  • Experience managing global TMC relationships and multi-region travel programs.
  • Prior experience supporting executive travel, executive services, or white-glove hospitality programs with the discretion and responsiveness that entails.
  • Experience planning and executing corporate or headquarters-scale events, including vendor, catering, and AV/production coordination.
  • Experience designing or managing employee amenity or workplace experience programs across multiple geographies, ideally with exposure to adapting programs for local cultural norms.
  • Background working in close partnership with Accounting or Finance teams in a cross-functional or shared-services model.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn program data into a story — for operational teams and executive audiences alike.
  • Deep familiarity with T&E platforms (e.g., SAP Concur, Navan/TripActions, Emburse, Brex) and corporate card programs (e.g., Citi, Amex, Visa); familiarity with event/space-management and facilities ticketing platforms a plus.
  • Proven ability to write clear, practical policy that employees actually follow, across travel, events, and workplace services.
  • Strong project management and change management skills; comfortable leading programs across multiple geographies and business units.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — equally effective presenting to a CFO, briefing an Executive Assistant before a board meeting, and resolving a traveler's urgent booking issue.
  • A genuine hospitality mindset — the instinct to anticipate needs before they're voiced, and the judgment to know when "white glove" service is warranted versus when it isn't.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field required.
  • MBA, CPA, CTP, CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.

What Sets You Apart

  • You have a point of view on what a world-class employee and executive experience looks like — spanning travel, events, amenities, and facilities — and the conviction to pursue it.
  • You don't just manage vendors; you hold them accountable and continuously raise the bar, whether that vendor runs a TMC desk or a catering kitchen.
  • You see policy and service standards as tools for enabling people, not restricting them.
  • You understand that hospitality is often invisible when done well and unmistakable when it isn't — and you design programs accordingly.
  • You bring data to every conversation, and you know how to translate it into decisions, whether the audience is a CFO or a facilities technician.
  • You've navigated the Finance-Operations interface and know how to build lasting trust with Accounting counterparts.
  • You can operate at two altitudes at once: setting global strategy for amenities across dozens of sites, and personally making sure a board meeting's AV works on the day it matters.

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
