Your Team, Your Impact
As part of Marvell's Singapore Procurement team, you will play a key role in enabling the company's semiconductor supply chain operations across the APAC region. The Purchasing team is responsible for sourcing and procuring wafers, materials, and services that directly support Marvell's product manufacturing and revenue delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Operations and Engineering as well as external suppliers, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. What You Can Expect
- Timely execution of purchase requisitions to purchase orders
- Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods and supplies
- Monitor, expedite and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Lead sourcing efforts and negotiate with suppliers for best cost and terms
- Drive and support cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives
- Manage supplier performance through regular reviews, scorecards, and corrective action follow-ups
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) procurement activities in coordination with engineering and planning teams
- Ensure compliance with Marvell's purchasing policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements
- Collate and analyze spend data for reporting and management review
- Liaise with planning, finance, and operations teams on procurement matters
- Any other assigned tasks related to purchasing activities
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain or purchasing functions, preferably in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment with a Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent; other disciplines will be considered
- Good engineering knowledge on NPI and Production support in semiconductor and experience in contract review, supplier qualification, and vendor performance management
- Proven track record in cost reduction, cost avoidance, or total cost of ownership (TCO) improvement
- Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar preferred
- Good knowledge of supply chain, purchasing processes and related functions
- Understanding of import/export regulations and trade compliance requirements relevant to APAC procurement
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and comfortable presenting to and engaging with internal stakeholders and suppliers
