Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top tech talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, attract candidates, and streamline the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Stay updated on tech hiring trends and market demands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tech recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
