Position Summary

$25/hour | Part-time, flexible hours | 2 to 4 months | Onsite in Westborough, MA

Looking for a flexible job that pays well and fits around your classes? Mashgin makes AI-powered self-checkout kiosks that recognize items instantly, with no barcodes and no lines. We’re launching at a location in Westborough and need friendly, tech-curious people to help customers try it out.

What you'll do

  • Greet customers and show them how to use our touchless checkout
  • Encourage shoppers to skip the line and give the kiosk a try
  • Help troubleshoot when something isn’t working right
  • Help train our AI by capturing product images
  • Share feedback with our engineering team about what’s confusing or broken

Minimum Qualifications

  • Some customer-facing experience: retail, food service, front desk, campus jobs and tour guiding all count
  • Comfortable with technology and happy to figure things out on the fly
  • Clear, patient communicator
  • Reliable transportation to Westborough
