Le Landeron Das Massnahmenzentrum St. Johannsen ist eine Justizvollzugsanstalt des Kantons Bern und dient als offenes Zentrum der Behandlung von 80 psychisch belasteten oder suchtkranken Straftätern. Die Massnahme soll den Eingewiesenen helfen, zu einem eigenverantwortlichen und deliktfreien Leben zu finden. Wir suchen 2 Soziotherapeutinnen oder Soziotherapeuten aufgrund interner Funktionswechsel innerhalb der Soziotherapie auf zwei Wohngruppen.

Ihre Aufgaben Die Soziotherapie ergänzt mit ihrer sozialtherapeutischen Arbeit die wirksame Tätertherapie in der Lebensgestaltung, im Alltag und in der Freizeit. In einem Team von 7 Personen betreuen Sie im Bezugspersonensystem straffällig gewordene Männer, die sich in einer schwierigen Lebenslage befinden und besondere psychische Eigenschaften aufweisen. Bei Ihrer täglichen Arbeit ist die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Stellen (Psychotherapie, Arbeitsagogik und Soziotherapie) sowie den externen Ansprechpartnern (Bewährungs- und Vollzugsdienste, Sozialdienste, usw.) ein wichtiger Bestandteil. Es erwarten Sie zudem unterschiedliche administrative Aufgaben.

Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über einen anerkannten Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik oder Psychologie. Sie sind eine flexible, teamfähige, belastbare und standfeste Persönlichkeit, welche über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, ein gutes Abgrenzungsvermögen (Nähe/Distanz) und Durchsetzungskraft verfügt und übernehmen Verantwortung in der täglichen Arbeit. Sie bevorzugen unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten (inkl. Wochenende, Bereitschaftspikett; kein Nachtdienst). Ausserdem verfügen Sie über sehr gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten, bringen gute MS-Office Kenntnisse mit und sind bereit, sich in neue Programme einzuarbeiten. Sie sind deutscher Muttersprache und bringen gute Französischkenntnisse mit.

Über das Amt für Justizvollzug Das Amt für Justizvollzug (AJV) ist mit rund 1000 Mitarbeitenden innerhalb der Sicherheitsdirektion des Kantons Bern (SID) für den offenen und geschlossenen Straf- und Massnahmenvollzug an Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen verantwortlich. Um diese Aufgabe zu erfüllen, stehen dem Amt vier konkordatliche Justizvollzugsanstalten, vier Regionalgefängnisse, die Bewachungsstation am Inselspital, die Haftleitstelle sowie die Bewährungs- und Vollzugsdienste zur Verfügung.
