Job Description:

The Director of Sales, eCommerce is responsible for promoting and driving the growth of MasterBrand brands and product lines within Home Depot. This role focuses on increasing market share by developing and executing eCommerce strategies at Home Depot by partnering with the Home Depot’s merchandising and digital team members and other cross functional partners. We welcome candidates who bring strong potential and are willing to learn; comprehensive training on our products, business model, and tools will be provided.

This position is a hybrid position and is expected to be in the Atlanta Regional Office (Smyrna, GA) on regular intervals with approximately 30% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Made to Order and Made to Stock Kitchen and Bath programs at The Home Depot USA
  • Develop and execute the overall eCommerce sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
  • Negotiate business plans, promotional activities, digital shelf strategies, and sales programs.
  • Collaborate with merchants, cross functional strategic managers, and eCommerce teams to maximize online performance.
  • Monitor competitive activity and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership.
  • Forecasting, product line reviews, business reviews, promotions, and account growth
  • Collaboration with eCommerce, Product Marketing, PRO, Brand Advocates, and Orange Apron+ teams.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:Revenue growth Conversion rate Traffic performance Average order value (AOV) Customer acquisition cost (CAC) Return on ad spend (ROAS) Market share
  • Develop reporting dashboards and business reviews for leadership.
  • Use analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Finance or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience working with a major retail and omnichannel accounts.
  • Strong understanding of retail media, digital marketing, marketplace management, and eCommerce analytics.
  • Preferred 2+ years working with The Home Depot account
  • Strong presentation, forecasting, and account management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, PowerBi, eCommerce platforms and retail portals, Google or Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Lean experience preferred.
  • Cabinet and or building products industry knowledge preferred but not required.
