Title and Summary

Analyst, Travel & Entertainment Account Management

Analyst, Account Management – Travel & Entertainment

Overview

The Travel & Entertainment Account Management team works with some of Mastercard's most recognized and strategic travel and entertainment partners, including airlines, hotels, online travel agencies, cruise lines, casino resorts, sports leagues, and other leading brands across the travel ecosystem. Travel is one of the most dynamic sectors in the global economy. Consumer behavior continues to evolve, new technologies are reshaping how people book and pay for experiences, and travel brands are constantly looking for new ways to strengthen customer relationships and drive loyalty. At the center of that evolution is Mastercard.

Our team helps leading travel brands unlock growth by bringing together Mastercard's capabilities across payments and acceptance, analytics, loyalty, consulting, marketing, and cybersecurity services.

We are seeking an Analyst who is excited by both the industry and the opportunity to learn. This role serves as a foundational member of the Travel & Entertainment team, helping transform Mastercard's extensive insights, data, expertise, and capabilities into meaningful value for customers. Working across a portfolio of industry-leading brands, you'll partner closely with Account Directors to support customer relationships, strategic initiatives, and commercial growth while gaining exposure to the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of travel.

What You'll Do

Customer Insights & Industry Intelligence • Turn Mastercard data, analytics, and research into customer-ready insights, executive briefings, and strategic recommendations. • Monitor travel industry trends, customer developments, and emerging technologies to help identify opportunities across the portfolio. • Help build repeatable processes that keep our teams and customers informed on the topics that matter most.

Acceptance & Performance Analytics • Support customer benchmarking, reporting, and performance analysis across Mastercard's travel and entertainment portfolio. • Identify trends and opportunities related to payments performance, acceptance, authorizations, customer experience, and fraud. • Help bring data-driven perspectives and recommendations into customer conversations and business reviews.

Sales Excellence & Business Operations • Support forecasting, account planning, portfolio reporting, and performance tracking. • Help provide the operational foundation that enables Account Directors to focus on customer growth and strategic engagement. • Participate in customer meetings, portfolio reviews, and strategic initiatives across some of Mastercard's most important travel relationships.

Who You Are • Naturally curious and energized by learning about industries, customers, market trends, and evolving technologies. • Strong analytical thinker who enjoys turning information into actionable recommendations. • Comfortable working across multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communicator with experience developing presentations and executive-level materials. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable when managing recurring processes and deliverables. • Collaborative, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects and initiatives. • Experience working with data, reporting, business intelligence, or performance analytics is a plus.

Why Join Us?

This role offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of travel, payments, data, and innovation. You'll gain exposure to many of the world's leading travel brands while developing experience across Mastercard's broad portfolio of capabilities.

For someone who is passionate about travel, enjoys continuous learning, and wants to build a career around helping great brands grow, this role provides an exceptional foundation for future growth within account management, strategy, analytics, consulting, or broader commercial leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
