The role serves as a bridge between external partners and internal product, engineering, and commercialization teams to accelerate market adoption of Mastercard's digital payment solutions. The Vice President also leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Acceptance Accelerator Platform, ensuring the platform evolves to support emerging commerce use cases and partner requirements.

Product & Platform Leadership • Own the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the Acceptance Accelerator Platform. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize platform enhancements that improve partner onboarding, integration capabilities, and scalability. • Ensure platform capabilities align with emerging market opportunities and support Mastercard's broader digital commerce objectives. • Define success metrics and monitor platform adoption, partner engagement, and business outcomes.

Commercialization & Cross-Functional Execution • Partner with market development, account management, engineering, legal, franchise, and customer experience teams to drive successful implementation and commercialization of solutions. • Identify opportunities to accelerate customer adoption and expand Mastercard's presence in emerging commerce ecosystems. • Monitor competitive developments, technology trends, and evolving customer demands to inform partner strategy and platform investments. • Represent Mastercard in partner discussions, industry forums, and customer engagements related to emerging commerce and digital payment innovation.

All About You

• Deep understanding of digital payments, ecommerce, authentication, tokenization, and emerging commerce technologies. • Experience building and managing strategic partnerships with technology companies, merchants, payment platforms, fintechs, OEMs, or mobility ecosystem participants. • Demonstrated success translating customer needs and partner requirements into scalable product and platform solutions. • Strong product management and solution development experience, including defining requirements and influencing product roadmaps. • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders and drive alignment across complex partner ecosystems. • Experience working across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Business Development, Legal, and Customer Experience. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate business opportunities, develop value propositions, and support go-to-market efforts. • Proven ability to operate independently, influence without authority, and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
