Om jobbet Vill du jobba med att göra verklig skillnad för människor på arbetsmarknaden? Nu söker vi en engagerad arbetsmarknadskonsult/jobb coach till vårt nya kontor i Malmö. Om tjänsten: Tjänsten är på deltid, cirka 16-30 timmar i veckan. Som arbetsmarknadskonsult/jobb coach på Match and Move stöttar och vägleder du personer med olika bakgrund och behov på deras väg mot arbete eller studier. I rollen ingår bl.a. att: Hålla individuella möten med arbetssökande Planera och leda gruppaktiviteter Kartlägga individers kompetens och förutsättningar Coacha och motivera deltagare mot arbete eller studier Dokumentera och följa upp insatser

Vi erbjuder ett omväxlande och stimulerande jobb med stort utrymme för kreativitet. Du arbetar självständigt men har samtidigt ett team i ryggen som drivs av lagarbete. Du blir en del av en tight grupp som kompletterar varandra med kunskap inom bl.a. rekrytering, HR, beteendevetenskap och life-coaching. Din profil: För att vara behörig som arbetsmarknadskonsult/coach hos oss måste du uppfylla ett av följande alternativ (dessa är krav och INGET som vi ruckar på): Alternativ 1: Minst 180 högskolepoäng (120 poäng enligt tidigare system) Minst två års dokumenterad arbetslivserfarenhet

Alternativ 2: Minst ett års studier på eftergymnasial nivå med godkänt resultat Minst tre års dokumenterad arbetslivserfarenhet inom något av följande områden: Arbetsledning med personalansvar Rekrytering Omställningsarbete Studie- och yrkesvägledning Handläggning i personalfrågor Arbete med arbetslivs-/arbetsmarknadsfrågor Arbete med social- och gruppsykologi Karriärvägledning

Det är meriterande om du har: Erfarenhet från myndighet eller kommun, t.ex. Arbetsförmedlingen, Försäkringskassan, socialtjänst eller kommunal arbetsmarknadsenhet Erfarenhet av Rusta och matcha eller liknande arbetsmarknadsinsatser Erfarenhet av coachande och motiverande arbete samt av att leda grupper

Som person drivs du av att hjälpa andra och göra skillnad, är lösningsorienterad och trygg i att arbeta självständigt. Du har lätt för att bygga relationer och skapa förtroende.
