Your mission

Als Werkstudent Finance & Controlling (m/w/d) bei Matchory unterstützt du unseren Finanzbereich und arbeitest eng mit dem Management-Team zusammen: bei Finanzplanung, Reporting, Buchhaltung und Fördermitteln. Du bekommst praxisnahe Einblicke, wie ein SaaS-Unternehmen seine Finanzen steuert, und übernimmst vom ersten Tag an echte Aufgaben, mit Begleitung und viel Raum zum Lernen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Controlling & Finanzplanung

  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und laufenden Pflege von Finanzplanung, Forecasts und Budgets
  • Du hilfst beim Aufbau und bei der Aktualisierung von Dashboards und Finanzmodellen für interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Du bereitest KPI- und Performance-Auswertungen vor und wirkst bei deren Analyse mit
  • Du arbeitest an Investorenreports mit und bereitest Daten für die strategische Planung auf

Buchhaltung

  • Du unterstützt die Kommunikation mit unserer externen Steuerberatung und Buchhaltung, z. B. durch das Vorbereiten von Unterlagen und das Nachhalten offener Punkte
  • Du wirkst bei der Vorbereitung der Monatsabschlüsse mit
  • Du unterstützt bei der Rechnungsbearbeitung sowie bei Kreditoren- und Debitorenthemen

Fördermittel & Zuschüsse

  • Du recherchierst öffentliche Förderprogramme und Zuschüsse, die für Matchory relevant sind (z. B. F&E-Förderung, Innovationsförderung)
  • Du unterstützt bei Förderanträgen, indem du Informationen zusammenträgst, Unterlagen vorbereitest und Fristen im Blick behältst
  • Du hältst den Überblick über Ansprechpersonen bei Fördergebern, laufende Anträge und deren Status

Prozessoptimierung

  • Du dokumentierst bestehende Finanz- und Reporting-Prozesse und bringst Verbesserungsvorschläge ein
  • Du unterstützt bei der Einführung von Tools und Automatisierungen, die Effizienz und Datentransparenz erhöhen

Your profile

  • Du bist eingeschrieben in einem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Finance oder einem vergleichbaren Fach (Bachelor oder Master)
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in Finance, Controlling oder Buchhaltung, z. B. durch ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit ist Voraussetzung
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, denkst analytisch und arbeitest sorgfältig
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel oder Google Sheets
  • Du interessierst dich für Startup-Finanzierung, öffentliche Förderprogramme und Budgetplanung
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du bist während des Semesters 15–20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar, für mindestens 12 Monate
