Kaufmännische\r Sachbearbeiter\in Kursadministration 40%\-60%

Das gibt’s zu tun:

  • Planung der Kurse in den Sprachregionen \- und Deutschschweiz
  • Ausschreibung der Kurse auf unserer Homepage und im internen ERP\-System
  • Betreuung/Beratung der Kunden telefonisch und per Email
  • Sämtliche administrativen Arbeiten von der Offerte bis zur Verrechnung der Kurse
  • Organisation / Koordination von Lehrkräften, Geräten, Kurslokalen, Verpflegung
  • Aufbereitung und Versand der Kursdokumentationen

Das bringst Du mit:

Ganz klar: Kaufmännisches Know\-How, Lernbereitschaft und Lust auf neue Themen und Herausforderungen.

Mit folgenden Voraussetzungen bist Du gut gerüstet:

  • Mehrjährige kaufmännische Berufserfahrung
  • Du bist mit den gängigen Microsoft\-365\-Programmen vertraut
  • Abacus Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Du bist stilsicher in Deutsch und kannst unsere Kunden in der Westschweiz in französischer Sprache telefonisch betreuen, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr hohe Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung, sowie Flexibilität
  • Vernetztes Denken, Teamfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Veranstaltungen, Kurs\- oder Bildungswesen sind von Vorteil
  • Engagierte, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Selbstständigkeit wie auch Belastbarkeit und einem ausgeprägten Flair für organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Interesse an einer aussergewöhnlichen Branche und Lust auf ein spannendes neues Aufgabenfeld
