Sachbearbeiter Disposition (m/w/d) 100%

Das gibt’s zu tun:

  • Betreuung und Beratung der Kundschaft am Telefon
  • Offert\- und Auftragswesen mittels ERP Abacus SVM
  • Nachfassen von Offerten
  • Organisation und Disposition von Hebebühnen\- und Mitarbeitereinsätzen
  • Operative Abstimmung der Disposition mit allen Standorten
  • Abklärung der Geräteverfügbarkeit
  • Abklärungen mit Behörden, Bau\-, Gewerbe\- und Verkehrspolizei
  • Einhalten und Sicherstellen der Prozesse
  • Erfassen und Weiterleiten von Kundenreaktionen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufslehre, Handelsschule oder Ausbildung technische\r Kaufmann\frau
  • Ausbildung in einer technischen Disziplin (Maler, Elektromonteur, Spengler etc.) von Vorteil
  • Sehr hohe Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung
  • Lösungsorientierte und rasche Denk\- und Handlungsweise
  • Sehr hohes Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Konzentrationsfähigkeit
  • Räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse m/s (Niveau Muttersprache), Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil (DELF A1\-A4\)
  • Versierte Anwender\-Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS\-Office\-Programmen, Abacus\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
