Mitarbeiter Lithografieprozesse (m/w/d) Mikrotechnologie / Feinoptik / Augenoptik / Feinwerkmechanik

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Reinigung und Vorbereitung optischer Gläser und Substrate im Ultraschallbad für die Weiterverarbeitung
  • Aufbringen von Fotolacken auf Planoptiken mittels Spincoater sowie Prozess- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Präzises Belichten und Entwickeln von Wafern im Rahmen mikrostrukturierter Fotolithografieprozesse
  • Durchführung des Lift‑Off‑Prozesses zur definierten Ablösung des Fotolacks nach der Beschichtung
  • Sorgfältiges Handling von hochwertigen Optiken und empfindlichen Glaskomponenten
  • Durchführung von Wareneingangs-, Zwischen- und Endprüfungen zur Sicherstellung der Prozessqualität
  • Prüfung und Dokumentation von Geometrie und Sauberkeit nach definierten Qualitätsvorgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mikrotechnologe, Feinoptiker, Optiker, Feinwerkmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Quereinstieg möglich bei Eignung für Arbeiten mit Feingefühl und Sorgfalt
  • Berufserfahrung in Optikfertigung, Microstrukturierung oder Reinraumprozessen wünschenswert
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis, gutes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an Teamarbeit
