  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
  • Assist in inventory accounting and support basic cost tracking activities
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting requirements and internal policies.
  • Support preparation of financial reports and assist with variance analysis to help management understand financial performance.
  • Act as the main local point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to accounting and finance matters.
  • Coordinate with corporate finance and tax teams to support consolidated reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to queries independently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and contribute to system enhancements.
  • Identify and escalate issues or risks to corporate finance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification, e.g. Bilanzbuchhalter/in).

  • Basic understanding of cost accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with local German accounting standards and tax regulations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
