The posting

Als logopedist(e) binnen Praktijk MultiMe begeleid je kinderen, jongeren en eventueel volwassenen met uiteenlopende logopedische hulpvragen. Je staat in voor het onderzoeken, behandelen en opvolgen van cliënten met communicatie-, spraak-, taal-, stem- en/of leerproblemen.

Je werkt vanuit een cliëntgerichte en multidisciplinaire visie, waarbij samenwerking, betrokkenheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig je eigen cliëntenbestand uit te bouwen en jouw expertise verder te ontwikkelen binnen een warme, professionele praktijkomgeving.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van logopedische onderzoeken en diagnostiek.
  • Opstellen van individuele behandelplannen en doelstellingen.
  • Begeleiden en behandelen van kinderen, jongeren en/of volwassenen.
  • Opvolgen en evalueren van de vooruitgang van cliënten.
  • Opstellen van verslagen en administratieve cliëntendossiers.
  • Communiceren en samenwerken met ouders, scholen en andere betrokken hulpverleners.
  • Actief deelnemen aan multidisciplinair overleg wanneer relevant.
  • Informeren en adviseren van ouders en cliënten over de verdere begeleiding.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en professionaliteit van de eigen begeleiding.

Binnen Praktijk MultiMe bieden we een breed en gevarieerd aanbod aan logopedische begeleiding, waaronder:

  • Taalontwikkeling: taalachterstand, taalontwikkelingsproblemen en taalstoornissen.
  • Spraakontwikkeling: articulatieproblemen en spraakstoornissen.
  • Leerproblemen: lees-, spelling- en schrijfmoeilijkheden.
  • Leerstoornissen: begeleiding bij dyslexie en dysorthografie.
  • Mondmotoriek: onderzoek en behandeling van oro-myofunctionele problemen.
  • Vloeiendheid: stotteren en broddelen.
  • Stemproblemen: onderzoek en begeleiding bij stemklachten.
  • Communicatie: ondersteuning bij uiteenlopende communicatieproblemen.

Het concrete behandelaanbod wordt afgestemd op jouw expertise, interesses en ervaring.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een erkend bachelor- of masterdiploma Logopedie.
  • Beschikt over de nodige erkenning en het RIZIV-nummer om het beroep uit te oefenen, waar vereist.
  • Zelfstandig en professioneel kan werken.
  • Een warm, empathisch en cliëntgericht karakter heeft.
  • Vlot communiceert met cliënten, ouders en andere hulpverleners.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan functioneren.
  • Een professionele en verantwoordelijke houding aanneemt.
  • Bereid is om zich bij te scholen en verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Discreet en zorgvuldig omgaat met cliëntgegevens en beroepsgeheim respecteert.

Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde starters zijn welkom!

We zoeken vooral een enthousiaste logopedist(e) die zich thuis voelt binnen een multidisciplinaire praktijk en graag mee wil bouwen aan een toegankelijk en kwalitatief zorgaanbod.

Iemand die initiatief durft te nemen, graag samenwerkt en oog heeft voor de persoon achter de hulpvraag.

Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je gemotiveerd bent om samen met ons te groeien.
