Du får en central rolle i den daglige drift af Matinique-shoppen, hvor du er med til at skabe stærke resultater og gode kundeoplevelser. Du går forrest på gulvet, tager ansvar og sikrer sammen med teamet, at Matinique altid viser sig fra sin bedste side.

DIN ROLLE

Du får en alsidig hverdag med fokus på salg, mennesker og resultater. Dine vigtigste opgaver bliver at:

  • Tage ansvar for den daglige drift af Matinique-shoppen
  • Arbejde målrettet med salg og butikkens KPI'er
  • Skabe professionelle og personlige kundeoplevelser
  • Gå forrest, motivere og vejlede dine kolleger
  • Sikre, at shoppen altid fremstår inspirerende og indbydende
  • Håndtere de administrative opgaver, der følger med den daglige drift

Du har erfaring fra mode- eller detailbranchen og gerne med ansvar eller ledelse. Først og fremmest har du lyst til at tage ansvar, skabe resultater og få mennesker omkring dig til at lykkes.
